Staging/ Design 

As a Staging Designer, I meet with realtors, home owners and discuss their needs and requests and then I design into the home. I manage the movers and three or four assistants at a time.  I design the style of staging based on the neighborhood , the community and sellers demographics looking for a new home, as well as incorporating any requests from the Realtor.  I can design and stage your home with four years of creating over a dozen "Hot Homes" and selling homes within several days to weeks.
